Attendees have a great opportunity to network and make long-lasting relationships while being a part of an event that serves the community. NEIVSA wants attendees to not only leave empowered but also have the best experience possible. A few things our organization expects of attendees:
Timeliness – Please show up on time to scheduled events!
Attendance – We encourage you to attend all VES programming and bonding activities. Our staff put in a tremendous amount of work to make this VES happen, and we want all of you to experience it. The schedule is packed all 3 days, so be sure to rest and be ready to participate in all VES activities.
Respect – Be respectful to one another, including VES staff, other VES attendees, and the property we are in.
Common courtesy – Be courteous, and keep appropriate behavior.
Safe Space – No harmful behavior, we are here to express our opinions and ideas. Please treat this entire weekend as a “safe space.”
Safety – always update peers, friends, and family leaders with your location! Ask a staff member or NEIVSA representative if you need assistance.
There are NO REFUNDS. All registration sales are final. However, you are allowed to transfer a ticket to another person if you can no longer attend. The last date for requesting transferals of registration is February 28th, 2022.
